Master A. Day....Orange Belt!

AJ tested for his orange belt a couple of weeks ago. He is doing so well in karate. His teacher just thinks he is going to be the next Bruce Lee...or Kung Fu Panda. He tests every three months. This test was particularly exciting because he earned his Blue Gi and advanced to the intermediate level. He is youngest in his class...it's totally funny cause he's in there scrapping with kids twice his age!
As you can tell, the girls were bored to death with the class and the testing process...but I think it's fun to watch!

AJ's Big Day!

AJ had a huge day on June 27! He had a small school play and Kindergarten Graduation. He was so funny during the presentation. He kept on whooping it up for the crowd! He's such a showman. He received an award for being the best class storyteller! We are so proud of him.
Here are pics of him during the program, a blurry one Syd took of AJ and me, and a pic of AJ and his best friend Keagan (we call him Keagers).

Clownie Rounds!

Syd , Emmie and La La were all jazzed up to be in the big McCammon Parade. They went through several costume changes before they decided to be clowns. After they roped grandma in to being the ring leader...or parade leader as the case may be.....they all got dressed up and entered the parade. Guess what??? They won first prize in the family division. The kids were so thrilled! So, who says last minute can't be great!

Yeeeee Haaaaw!

The kids had a rootin tootin time with Gramps and the horses (Nickle and Scout). Nito and Stout are Emmie's names for the horses. I don't know who worked harder that day in the heat.....Dad or the horses!

Sliding fun at Lava!

We spent a hot July day in Lava a couple of weeks ago when we went to SE Idaho for a visit. The kids and I and Kelli and her kids went to see Grandma and Grandpas. We stopped in American Falls to see G&G Dahlke and then we headed down the road to Marsh Valley to see G&G Rowe. The kids had a ball going to the Lava Pool and going the the Big McCammon Rodeo! Splish splash and YeeHaw!!!!
